Neil Kelly is currently the guitar instructor for the city of San Jose Parks & Recreation Department’s Almaden Community Center located on Camden Avenue in South San Jose. He teaches beginning and intermediate level guitar classes for children and adults. He also teaches privately out of the studio in his home in south San Jose.
